At Zootzu Garb, we want you to be completely satisfied with your historical and fantasy attire. If your garment doesn't fit your quest, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Parcel

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
